Telesales Officer | Bank | Contract

Job Scope

• To promote via telesales calls on credit cards/unsecured loans products to customers.
• Ensure standard of service delivery, and all information provided to customer are clear and concise.
• To meet the needs of customer based on the area of unsecured lending products.
• Achieve all internal and external requirements to obtain acceptable rating as defined by the bank.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Team player with exceptional presentation skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines.
• Highly motivated and hungry to build a successful sales career.
• Proven effective conflict resolution and good negotiation skills.
• Flexible, high energy team player and able to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
